The national cultural heritage Horse-railway České Budějovice – Linz (Czech section )using plan for tourism requirement

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem využití památkově chráněných stájí v Holkově, které se nacházejí na trase bývalé koněspřežky z Českých Budějovic do Lince. Cílem bylo vytvořit návrh obnovy a využití stavby tak, aby ji bylo možné integrovat do rozvoje infrastruktury cestovního ruchu. Zároveň musela být zohledněna historická hodnota stavby, aby nedošlo k jejímu znehodnocení. Tato práce se skládá z části teoreticko-metodologické a z části aplikační. V teoreticko-metodologické části jsem zpracoval dostupné informace a podklady o historii koněspřežky a Holkova. Dále je zde zpracován základní pohled na problematiku ochrany památek. V aplikační části je řešen stavebně-historický průzkum, samotný návrh objektu a dále samotné stavby na koněspřežce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the use of heritage sites in Holkov, which are located on the route of the former horse-drawn carriage from České Budějovice to Linz. The aim was to create a proposal for the restoration and use of the building so that it could be integrated into the development of tourism infrastructure. At the same time, the historical value of the building had to be taken into account in order to avoid its depreciation. This thesis consists of theoretical-methodological part and application part. In the theoretical and methodological part, I prepared the available information and background on the history of the horse and Holko. Here is also an overview of the monument conservation issue. In the application part is solved the building-historical survey, the design of the building itself and also the construction itself on horseback.
