Abstract:
Cílem této diplomové práce byla charakteristika vybraných odrůd tichých vín z vinařské oblasti Morava, ročník 2017. V teoretické části se práce zabývá chemickým složením a technologií výroby vína, popisem vinné révy a vinařských oblastí a také možnostmi stanovení analytických parametrů vína. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis was to characterize selected varieties of still wines from the wine region Moravia, vintage 2017. The theoretical part deals with the chemical composition and technology of wine production, the description of grapevine and wine-growing areas and the possibilities of determining the analytical parameters of wine. 10 different wine samples were used for the work.
