Tato diplomová práce podává ucelený pohled na historický vývoj institutu statutárních měst. Práce je založena na porovnání dvou základních kategorií těchto měst. Jako zástupce členěných statutárních měst je zvoleno město Pardubice, nečleněná statutární města zastupuje Hradec Králové. The general object of my thesis is overall view on historical development of institut of corporate towns. This final thesis is based on comparison of two elementary categories of these towns. Pardubice is chosen like representative of structured corporate towns.
