Tato diplomová práce se nejprve zabývá analýzou práce dispečera a používaných softwarů ve firmě Thermoil s.r.o. Z této analýzy jsou vyvozeny silné stránky, slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby práce dispečera a použitých softwarů. From this analysis are drawn strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a work of the dispatcher and used software.
