This master thesis deals with the theory of literary nonsense and its occurrence in works of a Lithuanian writer Vytautas V. Landsbergis. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a definition of basic nonsense features and nonsense devices by witch it is achieved the desired nonsensical effect. Tato magisterská práce se zabývá teorií literárního nonsensu a jeho projevy v tvorbě litevského spisovatele Vytautase V. Landsbergise. První část práce je věnována vymezení základních rysů nonsensu a také nonsensovým prostředkům, pomocí nichž je dosahovano požadovaného nonsensového efektu.
