Úlohou diplomovej práce je vypočítať hodnotu spoločnosti Arval Slovakia, s.r.o. a navrhnúť jej možnosti zvýšenia hodnoty. Prvá kapitola analyzuje metódy oceňovania podniku v súčasnej dobe, kedy je hospodárenie podnikov u nás, ale aj vo svete ovplyvňované hospodárskou krízou.
