„Čas jako právní skutečnost“ je tématem diplomové práce, která se v první části věnuje charakteristice právních skutečností z hlediska pojmů, druhů a funkcí. The main theme of the thesis is “The time as a legal fact”. The first part of the thesis considers the characteristic of a legal facts from the point of view of terms, forms and functions. The mainstay of the thesis is dedicated to the time as a fundamental legal fact. The great emphasis is especially put on the run of the time and on the consequences of its ineffectual effluxion.
