Comprehensive Analysis of External Environment in Phase of Company Expansion
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce vyhodnocuje externí prostředí při vstupu společnosti na zahraniční trh s cílem vybrat konkrétní zahraniční trh a následně rozebrat jeho potencionální možnosti. V první části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky potřebné k porozumění dané problematiky, v druhé části jsou aplikovány tyto poznatky na konkrétní společnost a provedeno jejich vyhodnocení.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the external environment when the company enters the foreign market. Aim of my thesis is to choose the best foreign market and then evaluate potential possibilities for establishment of the Czech company abroad.
