The regulation Rome II - choice of law and delicts or quasidelicts
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá kolizní problematikou deliktních závazků. V obecné části se zaměřuje na právní rámec pro přijímání unifikovaných kolizních aktů orgány Evropského společenství, v části zvláštní na rozbor nařízení o právu použitelném na mimosmluvní závazky (Řím II).
Abstract:
The thesis deals with conflict-of-laws issues in a field of tort law. Its first part is focused on the EC's competences to adopt binding measures in the said field, and the second part is focused on the analysis of the Rebulation on law applicable to non-contractual obligations (Rome II).
