Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce Dopravní obslužnost a zaměstnanost. Cílem práce bylo na základě teorie veřejné ekonomiky a veřejných politik identifikovat dopravní obslužnost vybraného území z hlediska zaměstnanosti, zjištění zobecnit a vypracovat případná doporučení. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první teoreticky zaměřené kapitole definuji teorii veřejné ekonomiky, veřejných statků a veřejných služeb. Z veřejných politik se zde zabývám především dopravní politikou a politikou zaměstnanosti. Předmětem druhé kapitoly je posoudit dopravní obslužnost a zaměstnanost vybraného území. Jedná se o obce Libouchec, Malé Chvojno a Telnice, které se nachází poblíž rušené železniční trati č. 132. v Ústeckém kraji. Třetí kapitolou je vlastní případová studie. Ta je provedena na základě pohovoru se starosty na místních Obecních úřadech a pomocí dotazníkového šetření ve sledovaných obcích. Cílem studie je ověřit hypotézu, že zrušení trati č. 132 výrazně ovlivní zaměstnanost ve zvolených obcích.

Abstract:

The theme of my thesis is: Transport Maintenance and Employment. The aim of my thesis has had several points; to identify transport services of selected area from the employment's perspective on the basis of theory of public economy and public policies, to draw a general conclusion from these findings , and finally to make further suggestions. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The public economy theory as well as the theory of public properties and public services are presented in the first chapter. From public policies I'm mainly concerned with the transport policy and the policy of employment. The target of the second chapter is to assess the transport services and the employment of the selected area - municipality Libouchec, Male Chvojno and Telnice which are situated nearby railway no. 132 in region of Usti nad Labem, which is going to be put out of service. The case study itself is the subject of the third chapter. The methods which I used in my case study are interviews with the mayors from local authorities and questionnaire survey in the researched municipalities. The goal of the thesis is to verify this hypothesis: Cancellation of railway no. 132 can a significant effect on the employment in the mentioned municipalities.
