Performance and its management in French public administration
Abstract:
Diplomová práce shrnuje teorii řízení výkonu a představuje výsledky výzkumu o míře rozšíření nástrojů řízení výkonu na francouzských prefekturách. Výzkum se zaměřil na to, jakým způsobem je definován výkon pracovníka, jak se výkon hodnotí a jak se s informacemi o výkonu pracovníků prefektur pracuje. V závěru práce jsou také formulována doporučení pro zlepšení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis summarizes the theory of Performance Management and presents results of the research on the extent of the usage of Performance Management Tools within French prefectures.
