Realization of the Intrastate Merger at Joint Stock Companies
Abstract:
Cílem práce je provést analýzu právní, účetní a daňové úpravy pro úspěšnou realizaci vnitrostátní fúze kapitálově spojených akciových společností a její následná realizace v konkrétní společnosti v účetních a daňových souvislostech.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to analyse law, accounting and tax processes in accordance with intrastate merger at capital connected joint stock companies. The practical part is realization of the intrastrate merger and description of impact of law, tax and accounting on the merged company in the Czech Republic.
