Disertační práce se zabývá ochranou spotřebitele v soukromém právu ČR. Klade si za cíl odpovědět na otázku, jakým způsobem je spotřebitel chráněn v právním řádu ČR a jak tato ochrana koresponduje s implementovanými normami Evropských společenství, případně s judikaturou Evropského soudního dvora. The thesis deals with the Consumer protection in the Czech Private Law.
