Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on the stylistic and linguistic analysis of the selected translations of Czech restaurant menus into English, based on the comparison with their originals. The aim of this thesis is to reveal and assess used translation methods and techniques.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stylistickou a lingvistickou analýzou vybraného korpusu překladů českých jídelních lístků do angličtiny, založenou na srovnávání s jejich originály. Cílem této práce je odhalení a kritika použitých překladatelských postupů a metod.
