Factors affect technique of back flips

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zkoumáním akrobatického prvku salta vzad a jeho variantami. Z pohledu biomechaniky rozebírá a popisuje všechny principy, které se v průběhu toho prvku vyskytují a ovlivňují tak jeho provedení. V první části se práce zaměřena na vývoj, rozdělení a charakteristiku gymnastiky. Dále se zabývá pojmem sportovní technika a definuje její složky. Jsou zde popsány fyzikální principy, které se projevují při každém pohybu na Zemi. V druhé části práce detailněji rozebírá z pohledu biomechaniky jednotlivé fáze salta vzad a srovnává rozdíly mezi jednotlivými variantami. Dále je v druhé části navržen metodický postup, který je vhodný dodržovat při nácviku salt vzad. V závěru práce jsou determinovány faktory ovlivňující techniku salt vzad.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis researches the acrobatic element of backward somersault and its variations. From the perspective of biomechanics it describes all the principles that are followed during the execution of backward somersault and therefore affect its rendering. First part of my bachelor thesis briefly summarizes development, division and characteristics of gymnastics. Moreover, it reviews the term sport technique and defines its elements. All the physical principles occuring during the performance of any movement in general are described in this part. In the second part the thesis talks in a greater detail about different phases of backward somersault from a biomechanical point of view and compares differences between individual variations. In addition to that, it proposes a systematic technique that is advised to follow when giving instructions on how to perform the backward somersault. In conclusion the factors that influence the backward somersault technique are described.
