Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je porovnání výhodnosti příspěvků zaměstnavatele na soukromé životní pojištění a doplňkové penzijní spoření oproti navýšení hrubé mzdy zaměstnance. Bude zkoumán dopad na zaměstnavatele v podobě daňově uznatelných nákladů a cash flow právnické osoby, ale také bude zkoumán dopad na samotné zaměstnance. Abstract:
The objective of the bachelor thesis is the comparison of employer's contribu-tions for the private life insurance and the supplementary pension scheme com-paring to increasing the gross salary of the employee. We will investigate the im-pact on the employer in the form of the tax-deductible costs and the cash flow of the legal entity but the impact on the employees will be discussed as well. Odložení zveřejnění závěrečné práce si žádá zkoumaná státní organizace z důvodu využívání citlivých informací a využívání informací z interních dokumentů dané státní organizace.
In compliance with the article no. 3 of the Chancellor's directive no. 3/2018, on the suspension of publishing of theses, suspension of publishing of the thesis was accepted for 3 years. Suspension of publishing of the thesis requires investigation of a state organization due to exploiting sensitive information and information from the internal documents of the particular state organization.
