Abstract:
Práce se zabývá implementováním metody SMED ve společnosti Strojír-na Soběslav, s. r. o. Teoretická část je věnována problematice štíhlé výro-by, plýtvání a s tím spojených metod pro identifikaci a eliminaci plýtvá-ní. Dále se práce zaměřuje na jednotlivé kroky systému SMED. The thesis deals with the implementation of the SMED method in Stro-jírna Soběslav, s. r. o. The theoretical part is devoted to the issue of lean production, waste and related methods for identification and elimination of waste.
