Stereotactic localization of nonpalpable breast lesions

Abstract:

Karcinom prsu představuje celospolečensky velmi závažný problém. Mamární karcinom je nejčastějším zhoubným nádorem u žen, jeho incidence stoupá. Včasná diagnostika je předpokladem úspěšné léčby. Specifickou problematikou mamologické praxe je diagnostika a léčba nehmatných lézí prsu pomocí stereotaxe. Stereotaktické zaměření těchto lézí je tématem této bakalářské práce. Teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na obecnou anatomii, strukturu prsní žlázy a jednotlivé typy zobrazovacích metod. Podstatná část je věnována patologii prsu ? popisu jednotlivých maligních a benigních onemocnění prsní žlázy. Jedna z částí je věnovaná významu mamografického screeningu při odhalování nehmatných lézí prsu. Dále je popisován princip stereotaktické lokalizace léze drátkem a jednotlivé typy biopsií pod stereotaktickou navigací. V praktické části se autor zabývá skupinou žen, které podstoupily před chirurgickým zákrokem zaměření nehmatné léze pomocí lokalizačního drátku buď pomocí stereotaxe nebo ultrazvuku. Autor dále sledoval vliv rodinné anamnézy, charakter označené léze a její lokalizaci. Na základě vyhodnocení získaných dat se autor pokusil vyjádřit, jaký přínos má stereotaktické zaměření nehmatných lézí v diagnostice a léčbě mamárního karcinomu.

Abstract:

Breast carcinoma presents all ? society very serious problem. Carcinoma of mammae is the most frequent malignant cancer by the woman, its incidence increases. Timely diagnostic is a presumption of successful treatment. The specific problems of mamologic practice is diagnostic and treatment of nonpalpable breast lesions by the help of stereotactic. A stereotactic localization of these lesions is a subject of this bachelor thesis. The teoretic part of this work is specialized in general anatomy, structure of breast gland and particular types of imaging methods. The main part is applied to breast pathology - description of individual malign and benign disease of a breast gland. One part is focused on the meaning of mamography screening by the detection of nonpalpable breast lesions. Further, there is a description of principle of a stereotactic localization of lesions by the wire and individual types of a biopsy under the stereotactic navigation. In the practical part the writer deals with a group of women, which relegate localization of nonpalpable lesions by the help of localization wire under stereotactic or ultrasonic detection before a surgery operative. The writer followed effect of a family history, a character of selected lesions and their localization. On the basis of obtained data evaluation the writer attempted to express, which benefit has stereotactic localization of nonpalpable lesions in a diagnostic and medication carcinoma of mammae.
