Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá historickým vývojem trestání mladistvých, charakteristikou základních pojmů a mezinárodními dokumenty i právní úpravou této problematiky ve vybraných státech a v České republice. Popisuje i možné příčiny a sociální souvislosti kriminality mladistvých a na základě výsledků výzkumů provedených v této oblasti hodnotí účinnost jednotlivých forem trestněprávní intervence.

The bachelor thesis deals with the historical development of juvenile punishment, the characterization of basic concepts and international documents as well as legal regulation of this issue in selected states and in the Czech Republic.
