Předmětem mé bakalářské práce „Leasing a jeho právní úprava v ČR” je provést analýzu právní úpravy leasingu, provést komparaci s úvěrem a zhodnotit výhody a nevýhody leasingu. Úvodní část je zaměřena na obecnou charakteristiku leasingu, historický vývoj a druhy leasingu. Druhá kapitola se věnuje sdružení společností, které se mj. zabývají leasingovými operacemi, tedy ČLFA. Abstract:
The main theme of my thesis „Leasing and the legislation in the Czech Republic” is to analyze leasing legislation, to compare it with loan and to assess advantages and disadvantages of leasing.
