Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na asertivní chování a možnosti jeho „potenciálního uplatnění“ v podniku. Teoreticko-metodologická část vysvětluje základní terminologii a informace o asertivitě. The bachelor´s thesis focuses on assertive behaviour and its potential application in a company. The theoretical-methodological part explains the basic terminology as well as information on assertiveness.
