Tato diplomová práce volně navazuje na mou bakalářskou práci „Správa, údržba a financování silnic I. třídy v Ústeckém kraji“. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením základních pojmů z oblasti vlastnictví státního majetku, veřejné a soukromé správy a objasňuje základní pojmy týkající se silničního hospodářství, které vycházejí ze zákona č. 13/1997 Sb. o pozemních komunikacích. This diploma thesis follows my bachelor thesis “The Administration, Maintainance and Financing of the 1st Class Roads in the Ústecký region”.
