Abstract:
Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce je analýza formou dotazníka. Na základe tohto dotazníka zistíme aké predpoklady majú respondenti pri výberovom procese na pozíciu finančný konzultant a do akej miery spĺňajú respondenti ideálne profily kandidátov vybranej banky a nebankovej spoločnosti.
