Abstract:

Cílem této praktické bakalářské práce je vytvoření souboru publicistických rozhovorů o politice na Vysočině v kontextu blížících se voleb. Rozhovory jsou určeny k vydání v regionálních denících vycházejících v Kraji Vysočina. Respondenty jsou lidé, kteří se výrazným způsobem podepsali na vzniku prvních samosprávných orgánů tehdejšího Jihlavského kraje (dnes Kraje Vysočina), a jejichž profesní i osobní život je pro čtenáře zajímavý. Teoretická část práce definuje žurnalistický žánr publicistický rozhovor, přiblíží mechanismus, okolnosti výběru a ustanovení krajských samosprávných orgánů. Přiblíží též výsledky voleb do krajského zastupitelstva na Vysočině v letech 2000, 2004, 2008 a 20012, věnuje se též vzniku koalic a krajských rad. Další část se věnuje cílovému médiu a způsobu tvorby publicistického rozhovoru. Praktická část obsahuje soubor pěti publicistických rozhovorů a je též doplněna o kritickou reflexi.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a collection of journalistic interviews about politics in the Vysočina County with regard to the upcoming elections. The interviews are meant to be published in daily newspapers issued in the Vysočina County. Respondents are people, who had a formative impact on the establishment of the first local government authority in the former Jihlava (now Vysočina) County and whose professional lives are of interest to the readership. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the journalistic genre of this kind of interview and provides an understanding of the mechanism, the circumstances of the selection and the appointment of the local government authorities. It also explains the results of the election of the County council in the Vysočina County in 2000, 2004 , 2008 and 2012 and addresses the forming of coalitions and County councils. Another part introduces the target medium and the way of making a journalistic interview. The practical part of the thesis contains a collection of five interviews supplemented by critical reflections.
