Diplomová práca "Vytěsnění minoritních akcionářů – aktuální otázky" sa zaoberá aktuálnou podobou úpravy práva výkupu účastníckych cenných papierov v Českej republike. Okrem aktuálnej úpravy je pozornosť venovaná aj všeobecným požiadavkám na úpravu obdobného inštitútu.
