Public Law Contracts under the Municipal Police Act
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou veřejnoprávních smluv, zejména veřejnoprávních smluv dle zákona o obecní policii. První část práce je zaměřena na obecnou specifikaci veřejné správy, obecní policie, veřejnoprávních smluv a podrobněji veřejnoprávních smluv dle zákona o obecní policii. Praktická část zpracovává a srovnává získané údaje ve vybraném regionu za období v letech 2003–2021.

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of public law contracts, in particular public law contracts under the Municipal Police Act. The first part of the thesis focuses on the general specification of public administration, municipal police, public contracts and in more detail public contracts under the Municipal Police Act.
