Abstract:
Moje bakalářská práce rozebírá dva nejčastější typy smluv (smlouvu o dílo a kupní smlouvu). Práce obsahuje několik poznatků z praxe včetně doporučení. Pracoval jsem deset roků jako projektový manažer a část mé práce byla příprava a kontrola smluv. Spolupracoval jsem s dodavateli i zástupci investora na více než 250 rekonstrukcích. My bachelor thesis analyses two most common types of contracts (Contract on performance of a work and Purchase Agreement). The thesis contains several practical findings including recommendations.
