Insurance frauds in the process of liquidation claims

Abstract:

V České republice stojí pojistný podvod zhruba za každou sedmou událostí. Podvodně vyplacená pojistná plnění nejsou pouze problémem pojišťoven, ale celé společnosti neboť se promítají do výše pojistného. Pojistný podvod je druh jednání, které se asi nikdy nepodaří úplně vymítit, stejně jako ostatní kriminalitu. Většina pojišťoven má specializovaná pracoviště pro boj s podvody a systémy pro jejich vyhledávání, ale ani ten nejpropracovanější systém neodhalí vše. Základem pro každou pojišťovnu je proto nezbytné mít kvalitní a zkušenou likvidaci.

Abstract:

The insurance fraud can be expected roughly in the each 7th insured accident in the Czech Republic. The fraudulent paid insurance benefits are not only the problem of the insurance companies, but the problem of the society as the whole, because they project into the amount of the premium. The insurance fraud is the kind of the behaviour that can be not totally eliminated as well as the criminality. There are specialized departments for the combating of the insurance frauds and systems for the searching of the insurance frauds in the most of the insurance companies, but not even the most sophisticated system can detect everything. For each insurance company is necessary to keep a quality and experienced claims settlement.
