Abstract:
Diplomová práce se věnuje estrogenním látkám, které jsou hojně sledovány a zkoumány v různých matricích životního prostředí. Estrogeny se do prostředí dostávají jako výsledek metabolismů lidí i zvířat, zároveň jsou zařazeny mezi endokrinní disruptory. Práce se zabývá transformacemi těchto látek v půdě a desorpcí těchto látek v systému voda-půda. K extrakci estrogenů byla využita metoda QuEChERS a finální …more

The thesis is devoted to estrogenic compounds that are widely studied and monitored in different environmental matrices. Estrogens are released into the environment as a result of the metabolisms of people and animals; they are also classified as endocrine disruptors.
