Bakalářská práce obsahuje popis pojmu a institutu dědictví, včetně vysvětlení jednotlivých pojmů a výrazů potřebných k porozumění problematiky. Bachelor's thesis describes the concept and institutes of the heritage, including explanations of terminology needed to understand the problem. Initially I deal with the historical development of the Institute's heritage, then notably the existing rules of inheritance rights, and finally I did a comparison of the existing regulation of inheritance law with an amendment to the Civil Code, which at the …more
