Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce Německý jazyk jako předpoklad úspěchu při výběrovém řízení je analýza postavení německého jazyka na českém trhu práce. Teoretická část zkoumá dvě klíčové personální činnosti, a to získávání a výběr uchazečů. Dále se pozornost soustředí na rozbor institucí, které upevňují česko-německou spolupráci. Tuto část uzavírá analýza výuky německého jazyka na školách ze statistických ročenek MŠMT. Praktická část je tvořena kvalitativním a kvantitativním výzkumem. Prostřednictvím dotazníkových šetření byly osloveny jak podniky, které působí na českém trhu, tak studenti ekonomických oborů VŠ. Zjištěné informace jsou doplněny strukturovanými rozhovory se třemi pedagogy německého jazyka, kteří díky své dlouhodobější praxi mohou problematiku německého jazyka pojmout z komplexnějšího hlediska.

Abstract:

The main goal of this Diploma Thesis, called German language as a prerequisite for success in a recruitment process, is to analyse the importance of German language at the labour market in Czech Republic. In the theoretical part, two key personnel functions are characterized, namely recruitment and selection. Furthermore, an analysis of the institutions that strengthen the Czech-German collaboration is presented. The theoretical part is concluded with an investigation of teaching of the German language at Czech schools, based on the statistics provided by The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. The empirical part consists of both quantitative and qualitative research, in which the methods of questionnaires and structured interviews were used. The respondents of the questionnaires were companies operating at the Czech labour market as well as university students of economics. The findings of these questionnaires are complemented by structured interviews with three teachers of German language with a long-term experience in the field, as their expertise allows them to discuss the issue in a more complex way.
