On-line child pornography

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku on-line dětské pornografie. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první teoretické části je provedena analýza dětské pornografie on-line. Obsahuje charakteristiku dětské pornografie a identifikaci rizikových faktorů. Shrnuje právní úpravu dětské pornografie, posuzuje prevenci on-line dětské pornografie a hodnotí možné dopady. V praktické části je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na chování dětí na internetu, sdílení intimního obsahu a zapojení respondentů do tvorby on-line dětské pornografie. Na konci praktické části jsou zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a navrhnuta opatření, která by mohla vést ke snížení výskytu a šíření dětské pornografie. Následuje závěr, který je shrnutím průběhu teoretické části práce a výsledků praktické části, bodově jsou zde zmíněna i navrhovaná opatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of on-line child pornography. It is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part contains analysis of child pornography on-line. It contains the characteristics of child pornography and the identification of risk factors. It summarizes the legal regulation of child pornography, assesses the prevention of on-line child pornography and evaluates possible impacts. Practical part contains evaluation of questionnaire survey focused on the behavior of children on the internet, sharing of intimate content and involvement of respondents in the creation of on-line child pornography. At the end of the practical part, research questions are answered and measures that could lead to reduction of the occurrence and spread of child pornography are proposed. Last part is the conclusion which summarizes the progress of the theoretical part and the results of the practical part, proposed measures are also partially mentioned.
