Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá sociálními deviacemi a protiprávním jednáním. V první části charakterizuji pojem sociální deviace, normu a její druhy. Uvádím vybrané typy sociálních deviací, v souvislosti s prevencí se zmiňuji o teoriích vzniku sociálních deviací. Další kapitola se zabývá protiprávním jednáním a odpovědností. My thesis deals with social deviations and illegal conduct. In the first part I describe social deviations, standard and its kinds. I mention type of social deviations that I chose, in sequence with prevention of social deviations I mentioned forming theories of social deviations.
