Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou Vinařského penzionu André a jeho službami. Penzion André je součástí komplexu Šlechtitelské stanice vinařské Velké Pavlovice. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit současný stav úrovně poskytovaných služeb v kombinaci s degustací vína včetně návrhu na zkvalitnění realizace těchto služeb.
