Abstract:
Nádorové mikroprostředí obsahuje kromě nádorových buněk také množství heterogenních typů stromálních buněk, mezi které patří fibroblasty, imunitní buňky, endotelové buňky a adipocyty. Tyto buňky mají v nádorovém procesu zásadní vliv, jelikož přispívají k iniciaci, růstu nádoru a metastazování. Abstract:
The tumor microenvironment contains not only tumor cells but also a number of heterogeneous stromal cell types including fibroblasts, immune cells, endothelial cells and adipocytes. These cells have a fundamental influence in the tumor process as they contribute to tumor initiation, its growth and formation of metastases.
