Abstract:
Diplomová práce si klade za cíl zejména identifikovat hlavní problémové oblasti, se kterými se lze v souvislosti s obchodními podmínkami v praxi setkat. Vytyčená úskalí obchodních podmínek jsou podrobena srovnání s tehdejší právní úpravou a tou nynější. The thesis aims especially to identify main problem areas with which it can found in practise in relation to the business conditions. Laying out the pitfalls of business conditions are subject to comparison with former legislation and the current one.
