Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá pracovněprávními vztahy v Československu v letech 1950 až 1965. Práce obsahuje genezi norem pracovní práva, zabývá se i inspiračními zdroji a dobovým chápáním pojmu práce. Abstract:
The thesis presented deals with labour relations in Czechoslovakia between 1950 and 1965. The work contains the genesis of the rules of labour law while also addressing the sources of inspiration and the understanding of the term “work” at that time.
