This master’s thesis deals with the issue of creating an expansion strategy for the company TMV SS, s.r.o., for the purpose of entering the dairy veterinary technology sector of the Slovak market. The theoretical part of this thesis defines the process of creating a strategy, and illustrates the individual forms of entering a foreign market.
