Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou mezinárodních licenčních smluv, licenčních smluv tuzemského práva, řešením spoů z mezinárodních licenčních smluv a rolí mezinárodních licenčních smluv v hudebním průmyslu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with international license agreements, license agreements according to national law, solving of disputes arising from international license agreements and the role of international license agreements within the music industry.
