Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vytvořením podnikatelského plánu restauračního minipivovaru v Západních Čechách. Hlavním cílem této práce je podnikatelský plán minipivovaru v restauraci Na Gruntu. Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with creating a bussines plan of restaurant microbrewery in West Bohemia. Main purpose of this thesis is to prepare a bussines plan of microbrewery in restaurant Na Gruntu. Second purpose of this thesis is to find out if the microbrewery will be profitable and if the investment will return back. The thesis is divided in to three parts.
