Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je srovnání aktuálních tržních podmínek v oblasti účelových úvěrů na řešení bytových potřeb. Konkrétně je v práci srovnáno financování bydlení s využitím hypotečního úvěru, které poskytují banky a financování bydlení s pomocí překlenovacího úvěru od stavební spořitelny. The goal of bachelor thesis is comparison of aktual market conditions in loans for building. There is speciály compared financing our own living using mortgage from bank and finan-cing our own living using bridging loans from building society.
