Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojmem srážky ze mzdy pracovníků zejména v oblasti exekuce. Zahrnuje charakteristiku základních pojmů jako je mzda, srážky ze mzdy a výkon rozhodnutí. Definuje jednotlivé způsoby srážek ze mzdy, podrobně popisuje samotný výkon rozhodnutí srážkami ze mzdy. Práce se zabývá i otázkou, jaká část mzdy může být srážkami dotčena, zamýšlí se nad tím, zda lze srážkami ze mzdy zatížit také zaměstnanecké benefity. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny příklady, které znázorňují výpočet nezabavitelné částky mzdy a srážek ze mzdy a zaúčtování jednotlivých částek.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the concept of deductions from wages of workers, particularly in the area of distress. The thesis includes the characteristic of basic terms such as wages, deductions from wages and enforcement. The thesis defines different ways of deductions from wages, describes in detail the actual enforcement using deductions from wages. The work also deals with the question of what part of the wages may be affected by the deductions and contains an analysis about the possibility of an impact of the deductions on benefits of the employees. In the conclusion part, there are examples that illustrate the calculation of the amount of wages exempt from garnishment and the calculation of deductions and the process of accounting.
