Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kolektivního vyjednávání, kolektivních smluv a práva na stávku a výluku tak, jak jsou zakotveny v českém právním řádu. Jedná se o velmi aktuální, relativně složitou, a přitom citlivou problematiku spojenou se sociálním smírem a jeho udržením. The Bachelor Thesis is aimed at the topics connected with the collective negotiations, collective agreements and the right for strike and exclusion from work in the manner it is included into the Czech legal system.
