Hodnocení lidí tak, aby byli správně motivováni a vytvářeli ve firmě hodnoty, je důležitým úkolem manažera. Poznání prostředků motivace, jejich efektivní nastavení ve vztahu k jednotlivcům, může být zdrojem excelentních výkonů.
