Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na výkon trestu odnětí svobody. Jsou v ní obsaženy obecné definice sankcí, trestních sankcí, trestu a ochranných opatření, vymezen účel a funkce trestů. Jedna z kapitol se věnuje historickému vývoji trestního sankcionování na území České republiky. V dalších kapitolách jsou vyjmenovány druhy trestů a rozebrána problematika jejich udělování. Abstract:
This Bachelor Thesis is dedicated to execution of prison sentences. It contains general definitions of sanctions, criminal sanctions, sentences and protective measures. It also defines the purpose and function of sentences. One of the chapters analyzes historical evolution of sanctioning on the territory of the Czech Republic.
