Práce je zaměřena na analýzu významu a role digitálních touchpointů na zákaznické cestě při nákupu nového automobilu značky ŠKODA na trhu B2C. V první řadě práce obsahuje teoretický základ k zákaznické cestě a rozhodovacímu procesu zákazníka, konkrétně pak v oblasti automotive. The thesis is focused on the analysis of the importance and role of digital touchpoints on the customer journey when buying a new ŠKODA car on the B2C market.     Pomocí funkce Nedávné je možné se rychle vrátit k právě prohlíženým souborům. Oblíbené soubory je také možné označit Hvězdičkou.
