Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou motivácie zamestnancov v Slovenskej sporiteľni, a. s. na oddelení Centrálny Back Office - Retail. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické východiská motivácie, motivačné nástroje a motivačný proces. Druhá kapitola analyzuje motivačné nástroje poskytované zamestnancom s cieľom zlepšenia výkonu.
