Cílem diplomové práce na téma Plánování a finanční prognózy v podniku je vytvořit návrh finančního plánu pro následující tři roky a zhodnotit efektivitu plánování v konkrétní společnosti. Pro tuto práci jsem si zvolila společnost Copy General, s.r.o. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny jednotlivé pojmy týkající se procesu plánování a řízení podniku.
