Tématem diplomové práce je analýza dávek sociálního zabezpečení, které mohou být poskytovány osobám ve výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V práci bude zhodnoceno, zda nástup do výkonu trestu odnětí svobody ovlivňuje nárok na jednotlivé dávky sociálního zabezpečení. The topic of Master’s thesis is to analysis the social security benefits that may be provided to persons serving a custodial sentence. The thesis will evaluate whether the commencement of imprisonment affects the entitlement of individual social welfare.
