Assesment of perfection of the state run company DIAMO by means of the model EFQM Excellence
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na hodnocení dokonalosti státního podniku DIAMO pomocí modelu EFQM Excellence. Představuje model EFQM Excellence jako vhodný nástroj pro hodnocení stupně dokonalosti organizace. Analyzuje oblast kritéria 7 modelu EFQM: Pracovníci-výsledky a navrhuje náměty pro zlepšení této oblasti.
Abstract:
This work is aimed at assesment of perfection of the state run company DIAMO by means of the model EFQM Excellence. It represents this model as suitable means to asses the grade of perfection in this organisation. It analysis the area of the 7th.model EFQM: workers-results and suggests proposals for impro-vements in this area.
